2/13/10 UPDATE: Don't forget that there are folks wanting to share rooms, so if you don't have a room and want to share one, check out the Facebook group, Yahoo group or Catholic Match event for postings from other folks who already have a room and want to share.  If for some reason you need to cancel your room at the Spring Hill Suites, please e-mail us through the website first since there may be others attending who could use it.

1/20/10 UPDATE: Rooms are sold out at the main hotel, Spring Hill Suites (unless there are cancellations.) We have a back-up block of rooms at the Holiday Inn nearby. You can reach them at 210-877-2500 and reserve a room there.  Ask for the National Catholic Singles Conference rate  ($89.95) for their doubles, double suites, kings or king suites.  Hot breakfast is included.

We have negotiated a fantastic conference flat rate of $89.00/night (plus taxes) for up to six people, including a hot breakfast! Each suite contains two double beds and a pull-out couch.  (You can also request a king with a pull-out.) To make reservations call 210-697-8900 and ask for the “National Catholic Singles Conference” rate. Please be sure to make reservations early at the hotel.  A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the special rate.  Once those are gone other reservations will have to be made at the regular rate. The special rate is only guaranteed until 5pm on Monday, January 11, 2010.  After that time rooms and rates will be subject to availability. Save money by sharing a room!  Use the  Facebook page or Yahoo group below to make arrangements with others who are attending!

A shuttle between the Spring Hill Suites/Holiday Inn and the conference venue, St. George Church, will be provided for a small fee.

We have created a Yahoo Groups site for those of you who would like to share a room with someone, arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel with others, or organize other sight-seeing activities outside of those listed on the conference website.  Many people have found roommates and met new friends at previous conferences through the Yahoo group.  You can also join our Facebook group here and arrange for roommates or carpooling!
